Striving for equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace has never been more important as it is today. Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) is a business imperative to achieve business goals. Our founder Harmony ‘Anne-Marie” Ilunga supports the Boards of multiple corporations in Hong Kong as an advisor on best practices for creating inclusive working spaces. She is available to assist firms’ D&I efforts via bespoke consulting arrangements.

Harmony is the founder of Harmony HK, the first diversity focused modeling agency based in Hong Kong. She has been recognized for her social contributions regarding her advocacy of diversity/inclusion in Hong Kong and Asia. She was awarded “Leader of Tomorrow 2021” by Tatler Asia Magazine, “Top 100 Influencer” by Hashtag Legend Magazine, and won the “Outstanding Report News Story” by the Asian Pacific Broadcasting Union.

Additionally, Harmony is a co-founder of Learning Together, an organization and education platform for asylum seekers and refugees in Hong Kong. In February of 2019, she was awarded as a “Best 30 Under 30” by The Loop Hong Kong for her contribution to the refugee community in Hong Kong.

Harmony graduated from Andrews University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has recently completed the Diversity and Inclusion certificate programm from Cornell University
